Following an invited tender, MLA were appointed by Brodies LLP to provide interior design and workplace strategy services for their new home on the top three floors of Edinburgh’s newest office building, Capital Square.

MLA worked with Brodies LLP throughout the initial design phases and concept design constantly reviewing and evaluating the needs of the business. Working with the Client Project Team, particularly the Workstream Leads we developed the detailed design requirements, supported them with wider staff engagement and helped with the development of their new emerging workplace strategy.

Design workshops with the client helped inform our design approach, arriving at a neutral palette complemented by rich colours and provision of a wide variety of spaces for staff to socialise, collaborate and work.

“Successful projects don’t happen by accident. They are the result of teams working collaboratively, turning dreams and aspirations into reality. MLA’s vision and professionalism helped Brodies do just this at Capital Square in Edinburgh. MLA were instrumental in creating a world class office space to be rightly proud of, but more importantly, one in which colleagues and clients can flourish.”

Finance Director at Brodies
