Fountainbridge Aparthotel Granted Planning Permission

We are delighted that our £35m Urban Villa waterside aparthotel, designed in conjunction with New York-based architects Grzywinski+Pons on behalf of clients Union Hanover has been granted Planning Approval.

Situated adjacent to the Union Canal basin in Fountainbridge, Edinburgh on the Freer Street masterplan site, the design delivers a strong, modern architectural identity for this a major new development for the area which will be a catalyst for the development of this important city centre site.
