New Highland distillery submitted for planning.

We are delighted to have worked on proposals for a new distillery in Sutherland, recently submitted for planning on behalf of clients the Midfearn Distillery Company Limited.

Located on the shores of the Dornoch Firth, the proposal is for the erection and operation of a whisky distillery with associated warehousing, a bottling facility, tank farm, energy centre, landscaping and associated infrastructure.

It has been a pleasure working with the client and the project design and management team including Blyth & Blyth, The Paul Hogarth Company, Scott Hobbs Planning, Allen Associates and ITP Energised – to bring to life the latest in a long line of projects for the Scotch Whisky industry in which MLA has been involved.
