New Office Fit-Out Project in London’s “Cheesegrater”
We are delighted to have completed the office fit-out project for Kames Capital and Aegon UK at the Leadenhall building in London by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, affectionately known as “The Cheesegrater” and one of the latest additions to London’s skyline.
The two companies came together to co-locate in new offices on the 26th floor of this magnificent building. 13,000 sq ft of office space is served by external high speed lifts and offers high quality Grade A accommodation.
The key drivers behind the project were the creation of a welcoming and enjoyable experience for clients and staff within a contemporary and exciting brand environment. A workplace environment that is flexible, inspirational and designed to foster collaboration between staff and also has the ability to accommodate future change was paramount.
Associate Director at MLA and Project Architect Stephen Brewer said: “We were thrilled to have worked with Aegon and Kames Capital again in 2015. Repeat business highlights the strength of our customer satisfaction and unparalleled expertise.”
Head of Property and Procurement at Aegon David Walker commented: “Just a short note to thank you and the MLA team for a superb job at Leadenhall. Our asset management CEO Martin Davis is highly delighted as is his team. All have commented on the standard of the design and the fit-out.”
