Planning for Haymarket Yards project
Our Haymarket Yards student residential project for Ladybank Developments (a joint venture between GSS Developments and London & Scottish Property Investment Management (LSPIM)) was granted planning permission at sub-committee on 12th January 2022.
The development of this brownfield site will provide 153 studio apartments within a car-free development that makes the most of its well-connected location.
Extensive amenities are provided both externally and internally, including an external roof terrace, gym, cinema and 154 (100%) cycle spaces.

The development replaces an existing consent (of the same use) on the site with a revised and much improved scheme, and adds to our expanding portfolio of high quality, developer led, student residential schemes.
