MLA were appointed by LSPIM for the CAT A refurbishment of 300 Bath Street in Glasgow.
The project has transformed the arrival experience with significant alteration to the building to create a new impactful, branded entrance with a striking canopy and new shape.
This is complemented by the complete overhaul of the main reception, creating a light and inviting space to welcome occupiers and guests and a breakout space that makes the most of the views across to the Mitchell Library.
In the basement, a new wellbeing centre with cycling storage, fitness suite and changing & shower facilities has been created.
Other improvements are general updates to cores, decoration and general user wellbeing.
