Evelyn Partners’ recent fit-out at 177 Bothwell Street brings their Glasgow teams into a single, modern location, following the merger of Tilney and Smith & Williamson. The fit-out, spanning level 3, and part of level 2 at 177, prioritises collaboration and staff wellbeing and echoes their commitment to sustainability. The design approach draws inspiration from the recent success of the London Gresham Street project whilst adding a layer of design that resonates with the local context and teams in Glasgow. The new office is currently home to 400 colleagues and will support the business as it continues to grow.
