The Exchange Place 4 project involves the proposed development of new Grade A offices of 1750m² net lettable area over six storeys. Situated in Port Hamilton, the building design responds to the surrounding office context of the established Scottish Widows HQ and more recent Exchange Place 3 development, both in terms of scale and materiality.

Public realm works will include the integration of the popular ‘Millennium Cycle Way’ which currently cuts through the site.
