Following on from the refurbishment of RBS’s historic listed banking hall, MLA were given the task of refurbishing an adjoining office block. Previously a dated, underused space, the building has been transformed to provide meeting, conference and flexible workplace facilities in a historic central location. Dramatic use of colour and zoning creates a dynamic series of interesting and useable spaces for the NatWest Group, which will become one of their co-working hubs for their Entrepreneur Accelerator Programme.
