Fountain South Masterplan is our proposal for a visionary new Canal Quarter for Edinburgh. The design strategy is focused upon responding to the demands of this important site and producing a distinctive and sustainable campus masterplan of high quality that is sensitive to its surroundings and answers the planning brief.

The masterplan creates a bold solution to the site, creating an exciting mixed use development with office, retail and residential alongside social amenities. A unified public realm will have visual and physical permeability, with high quality open spaces alongside buildings which utilise the canal edge.
