MLA have recently been working with HES to develop a concept design to RIBA Stage 2 for the refurbishment of their historic HQ building, Longmore House in Edinburgh.

Working with Turner and Townsend and the design team, MLA have conducted a full RIBA scope of services for the building’s refurbishment. To do this effectively, the team needed to understand as much as possible about the future strategy for the HES Business at the Longmore site, undertaking a series of engagement and analysis activities to do this.
