The firm has developed their Ways of Working creating a flexible office through careful space zoning, including a variety of worksettings to provide space for collaboration, focused work, formal and informal meeting rooms, a client suite and new reception.

An emphasis has been placed on creating an inclusive space that promotes staff wellbeing with the addition of wellness facilities, multi-faith room, quiet tech-free areas on office floors and external terrace with increased biodiversity.

The space embraces Manchester’s rich industrial heritage, with a nod to the iconic worker bee and local graffiti artists commissioned to reflect Manchester’s urban street culture throughout the space.
