An independent School in the city centre of Aberdeen, Robert Gordon’s College appointed MLA to assist in enabling works to allow for future improvements to their Schoolhill Campus. The works to the Blackfriars Building included the construction of a new fire escape, extension to the dining hall and refurbishment of the kitchen and site facilities.

A new staircase has been constructed to provide a new fire escape within the Blackfriars building, having previously relied on the escape route through the Science Block. This allows the Blackfriars building to work independently, opening it up the adjacent site as blank canvas for future development within the campus.
