MLA have recently completed the comprehensive refurbishment of Glasgow’s Sentinel Building on behalf of Ardstone Capital. First completed in 2005, Sentinel is well known for being a landmark development, but the common areas and services required updating.

The refurbishment includes a new remodelled reception space with working lounge, redesign of the core areas with increased WC provisions, and a new wellness suite in the basement. Services, lighting and ceilings were replaced throughout the floors and new branding was developed by P4P to support the redesign. All works were completed whilst the building was partially occupied.
