Stirling Project Completes

If you’ve passed through Stirling on the train recently, you may have seen our housing development for Stirling Development Agency which completed at the end of February. We have been involved with this site for the past 15 years or so, so it comes with a great sense of achievement to finally see something built on this prominent gap site next to the station. With 53 residential units, ground floor retail and a public art installation celebrating local pioneer in animation Norman McLaren, we are sure this will development will make a positive contribution the city centre.

Council leader Johanna Boyd said: “It’s fantastic to see this ambitious project finally completed and tenants starting to move in to this very attractive and contemporary addition to the city’s housing stock which also helps regenerate a key city-centre site.”
