Works Start at Haymarket Yards

Work has commenced on site at Haymarket Yards, a project that will see the creation of a 156-bed student development in the west end of Edinburgh.

We’re delighted to be collaborating with our client, L&S Edinburgh and main contractor, Ogilvie Construction on this project. It will provide significantly improved amenity spaces for residents including an entrance terrace leading to a student lounge, a roof terrace and dedicated internal spaces for study and relaxation.

In addition to the enhanced on-site facilities, Haymarket Yards will be a zero-parking development with  parking spaces for over 150 bicycles. Coupled with its excellent public transport links, this will promote sustainable travel options for the residents.
