Maturation Warehouse at Bandeath submitted for planning

We are delighted to be working with Ian Macleod Distillers on proposals for a new maturation warehouse facility, which we have recently submitted for planning.

The facility will be part of Bandeath Industrial Estate in Throsk, Stirling, and will be a fundamental piece in the cask transport network between different components of the IMD estate, including Rosebank, Glengoyne and Tamdhu distilleries.

This new maturation warehouse is born from the recognition that Bandeath Industrial Estate can provide a perfect location for the newest piece of the Ian Macleod Distillers production and distribution network. Anchored in the industrial area of Stirling, the site will house a complex of modern buildings comprised of two warehouses, a blends centre associated to a tank farm, and a well equipped office building.

An exciting project to add to our whisky portfolio and we very much look forward to the next stages with the rest of the design team.
