Public Consultation for Charing Cross Gateway

The first of two public consultations for Charing Cross Gateway took place on Tuesday, hosted at our recently completed refurbishment project, 300 Bath Street.

MLA have been working on the Charing Cross Gateway project for our client LSPIM, which will redevelop Elmbank Gardens, Venlaw, 300 Bath Street and their surroundings.

The project responds to the City Centre 2050 Strategic Development Framework by creating a quality development that provides a sustainable new community whilst encouraging the ongoing regeneration of the city centre’s western edge.

We look forward to the second round of public consultation, which will take place in October.
