Robotarium & Kildean Shortlisted at the Scottish Property Awards

A very happy new year, kicking off 2023 with the exciting news that two of our projects have been shortlisted for the Scottish Property Awards.

The National Robotarium, at Heriot-Watt University, has been shortlisted for the Architectural Excellence Award for Public Use. Opened in September last year, this new facility, the first of its kind, provides a dedicated innovation hub for the acceleration of knowledge and developments within the robotic and autonomous system industry. MLA provided a full range of services for this project, from strategic consultancy to architecture and interior design, and shared the process in a case study at the end of last year – read here.

The Stirling Development Agency Ltd were also shortlisted for the M&G Building at Kildean Business Park, for the Development of the Year Award for Commercial Buildings. As the first major office development within the new business park, the M&G building has been designed and built with sustainability, well-being, inclusion and accessibility at its heart, and sets a high quality standard for future development.

We’re delighted to be in great company with all the other nominees, the full shortlist can be found here; Finalists 2023 | KD Media (scottishpropertyawards.co.uk)

Congratulations to everyone that we worked with on both of these impressive projects.
